I tend to not show respect to people I think don’t deserve my respect and whoever hasn’t earned it I just treat like normal. I know that this will be detrimental to my future jobs and whenever I need to be respectful to someone in authority. I feel like I just need to be more respectful to people in general, I should remember that I need a job, and that people will punish me for being disrespectful.

People joke about it all of the time, so it has lost it’s merit as something to be on guard about. You can no longer tell if it’s a joke with people anymore, that’s not good. We have become so desensitized to suicide and death even if it happens everyday. Suicide is glorified in a way, anyone who commits suicide is in the news, local or national, it’s not good for our minds. I have dealt with suicide in my friends many times before, too many times. Suicide is not a light thing to take to heart. It’s a very serious thing in our society and we should be doing something about it. No reason for suicide is dumb, if they kill themselves over it then it is not dumb to them.

No, I think that men and women are not treated equally. There are many differences of treatment in genders, it’s not “right” for guys to like things that seem “girly” and a lot of people think that it isn’t right for a girl to have positions of power, to be out working while the dad stays home watching the kids, and just being blatant disrespectful to them. Women are treated as objects by a lot of men, but a lot of feminists create problems with males. They call of them horrible humans, less important, and only want sexual things from females. Guys are also taught by society to hide emotions, and girls are “allowed to. But in reality men and women are supposed to be equals in this time period, but a lot of people think the old fashioned ways work more.
